8:00 AM – Shuttle service to the Capitol begins from Double Tree Hotel – 314 Fourth Avenue, Nashville, TN
9:00 AM – Club registration begins in the House Chamber Lobby
10:00 AM – Light breakfast before program begins promptly in the House Chamber
11:00 AM – Photos taken
11:45 AM – Luncheon at Doubletree
